Why is it sooo hard to make good friends in college? Like, I meet a lot of people and get along really well with them, but nothing ever comes out of it; none of these friendships are going to last more than a semester or two. I guess I just don't see a point in trying too hard, but it'd be nice to have more people to hang out with while I'm here. I'm so bored with being here, though. I just want to graduate and start working or like actually living my life. Everything seems like it'll be so difficult once you're out of college, but it's probably easier to just jump into it than stalling it by sitting around in boring classes. I mean, I've learned a lot and I'm glad I have, but do I really need to be here any longer? On another note, I got nominated to join a sorority? It's like an education honor society so I guess I'll do it. I don't really like the thought of me being in a sorority, but it'll look good on my resume and that's what matters the most at this point. Yeah, that's about it for that. Enrico is having us do TCNJ Project Runway since it's not on this season. Our models are Barbie dolls and the readers are Enrico's blog readers. This week the theme was bathing suits and we had to make them out of aluminum foil and saran wrap. I think mine came out well, but everyone else's is mad good too. I HOPE I WIN.
Some facts: -I downloaded a mad libs and a sudoku widget. Yessss. -My ex-boyfriend's dad just died? I hope he and his family are ok =[ -I just handed in 50% of my final grade for one class today. -PONYO PONYO PONYO -LUV U MIYAZAKI -Next weekend is the Cherry Blossom Festival in DC. omgicantwaitttttwannacomeee? -I made some really good cookies last night. Mmmmm -I think we have 8 people who are going to live in the house. I'll be the only girl unless Rachel joins and in that case we'll have 9 people. -Yummy Sushi is rly yummy.

We had a fire drill in Ross's building today so I thought I'd actually post while we're waiting to go back inside...
Nothing all that interesting has happened since winter break. My classes are good, I guess. I like a lot of the people in them, which is pretty rare and so far we haven't had too much difficult work to do. I have the same awesome professor that I had last semester and so far he's canceled 2 of 5 classes. This week class is canceled because Ann Coulter is coming to TCNJ to give a presentation about "Why Liberals are Wrong about Everything." I'm going with some of my WGS friends to protest and a bunch of people are going to walk out while she's giving her speech. It should be interesting, but I don't think I'm going to walk out. Even though I hate her, I want to hear what ludicrous things she has to say so I can talk shit about them afterward and possibly use it all against my conservative-brainwashed mother later on. This woman is seriously crazy (not my mom) and does not deserve any kind of political career. "We should invade their countries, kill their leaders and convert them to Christianity." "Not all Muslims may be terrorists, but all terrorists are Muslims." "[Canadians] better hope the United States does not roll over one night and crush them. They are lucky we allow them to exist on the same continent." "God gave us the earth. We have dominion over the plants, the animals, the trees. God said, 'Earth is yours. Take it. Rape it. It's yours.'" "So for those of you who haven't read any of my five best-selling books: Liberals are driven by Satan and lie constantly." etc.
Yah, so other than that things are good. I think we're finally starting to make some ground with finding a house for next year. Our friend Dena and her boyfriend want to join in so I won't be the only girl and she's really cool. We found some potential places but now we have to call and check them out. Darin and Yapes, you still in right? Ross and I went to the beach on Valentine's Day and it was sooo nice. I can't wait for the summer again, omggggg. I haven't really hung out with anyone in so long because of school; it'll be so nice to be free again. A lot of things seem to have changed which isn't necessarily a bad thing. It's all bound to happen sooner or later. I've been taking a lot of naps and watching tv online all the time lately. The L Word, Californication, Gossip Girl. I'm trying to get into more series. Next is either The Office (ya, I'm so far behind..), Weeds (what I haven't seen already), or some other Showtime show. Maybe I'll watch Freaks and Geeks again since everyone else is and I don't really remember much of it anymore.
Dumbledore is coming at 8 am and I have homework to finish so ttfn bbz!<3

probably the coolest person ever. watch him play bass and you'll see what i mean. (they are J Roddy Walston and the Business, btw.) ashley and i went to see murder by death last night and they were soooo good! i really do love going to shows. i can sit here all day and say i hate it, but when i'm actually there i have so much fun. U$AISAMONSTER last weekend was crazy and hop along on friday (maybe) should be fun. i guess i haven't posted in a while so here's my life story: i spend all of my time at ross's dorm. it's my new home. i have no money, so i don't do anything and i don't really mind it. kingdom hearts (2) has taken over pretty much all of my free time. and devon has too, <3 but i've made it a priority to not do anything academic on the weekends unless i reeealy have to, so call me up, putas! i haven't worked in like...over a month? goddard is muy desrudo. i've had so much homework due lately. i can't wait until winter break. but i really don't want to deal with christmas or living back at home. nest semester i'll be even busier. all of my classes are at least three hours long, but yeahhhhh. that's life! now is about the time of year that i become addicted to chapstick. i'm really happy about barack obama, but my parents totally are not: -my mom broke a mirror the other day and was like "now i have 7 years of bad luck." -and i said, "you believe in that?" -and she was like, "well at least i have 4 years of bad luck..." i think ross, enrico, and i are playing some songs at tcnj this next saturday. lemme know if you wanna come watch! don't get your hopes up, because we're not good, but we're usually pretty funny.
